Neglia Group Neglia was selected by the County of Union to provide design engineering services for improvements to the 12 acre Oak Ridge Park located in Clark, NJ and neighboring Edison, NJ. Formally a farmstead, and briefly in the late 1900s a golf course, the passive park now features an eight-lane Collegiate running track, a full size soccer/ lacrosse field, new bleachers for up to 800 fans, a press box, and a 3,000 square foot field house that accommodates both lockers, bathrooms, and concessions. The park is also equipped for hammer throw, discuss, high jump and pole vault competitions and has lighting for night rivalries. Neglia Group also provided services for the design of an underground storm water detention area. Neglia worked in consultation with separate sub-consultants for environmental and historical landscaping services as needed.
