Neglia Group (Neglia) provided full site engineering design services for the Hudson Mews Redevelopment project located in the Township of North Bergen in Hudson County, NJ.
Neglia’s responsibilities included conceptual design, preliminary planning, redevelopment plan assistance, design development, construction plans and specifications and expert engineering and planning testimony for the project which will be constructed in phases and will contain a total of six (6) multi-family residential buildings and a new clubhouse along with parking, landscaping, lighting and on-site stormwater management system. Neglia worked with the applicant to secure all necessary Civil Engineering regulatory approvals to construct the project.
