Neglia Group (Neglia) provided full site engineering design services for the Galloping Hill Golf Course new clubhouse and site improvements project located in the Borough of Kenilworth in Union County, NJ.
Neglia’s responsibilities included conceptual design layout, design development and construction drawings and specifications, NJDEP Treatment Works Approval Permitting, and Somerset Union Soil Conservation Permitting. Neglia worked with the applicant and project architect to integrate an expanded 15,000 sf clubhouse footprint with expanded parking area into the existing golf course site with improved circulation for vehicles, pedestrians, and golf carts. The project was successfully completed and is highly visible by motorists traveling on the Garden State Parkway near exit 138.
