Neglia Group (Neglia) was selected by the County of Bergen with RSC Architects to provide Engineering Design services for the design and construction engineering review of the new Bergen County Justice Center Building and Parking Deck.
Neglia’s responsibilities on this project included surveying, stormwater management and conveyance design, site design, determining and obtaining necessary permits, design utilities, design and landscaping and irrigation, design of site lighting, widening of County roadways, re-routing of concrete culverts, project staging / phasing, traffic signal design assistance, preparing necessary bid documents, and providing construction management services.
