Neglia Group (Neglia) has been selected by the City of Newark with Netta Architects to provide Engineering Design and Construction Management services for the design and construction engineering review of the new 5th Police Precinct building.

Neglia’s responsibilities on this project included surveying, expanding on or designing new drainage systems, site design, determining and obtaining necessary permits, design and/or upgrading of perimeter security, preparing necessary bid documents, and providing construction management services.
